What is Click and Collect?

When you order you now have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it from a participating store. This is a free service is available in the ROI. Look for the "Available for in-store collection" text.

For collect in store orders your order will be available to collect from your chosen store. You will usually be able to collect it from 1-3 working days.

FREE delivery and FREE returns to your local store on all Click and Collect orders.

Don't forget to to take your order reference and details to store to collect your order. Please bring a printout of your order summary, or email confirmation as proof of purchase.

If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know.

All items in basket must be available for Click and Collect. Please check the product pages for full delivery information on each item.

Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 14 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.
